Summary
Self-recuperative radiant tube burners used in reheating and heat treatment applications brings reduced pollutant emissions and operation and maintenance costs. “P” and ”W” type tubes are used.
20~40% of energy savings is possible through the use of self recuperator built in the burner, as the waste heat from the exhaust gas can be sucked in and used to preheat combustion air.
By sucking in the high temperature exhaust gas in the flame region, it maximizes the E.G.R effect, minimising the NOx production.
A uniform furnace temperature can be achieved through the high velocity/energy flame, resulting in high quality products.
As there are no complicated combustion air flow control or pilot ignition system, operation and maintenance is simple.
